Is there a way to turn off the capitalization of surnames in reports?

Personally I like the surname to be shown in upper-case as it makes it stand out. However, the menu

Tools>Preferences>General, uncheck Display surnames in upper case

makes the change everywhere.

Thanks for the direction.

One reason for eliminating all caps is when I share information with others that person wants to copy info into their database without all caps surnames.

Why not send them a GEDCOM which has the Surnames in mixed case if they were entered that way?
