My father was the son of an immigrant to the UK and, before his marriage, he changed both his first and last name. This applies to a number of people in my family and I would like to record both the name at birth and the new name and have both (all) names displayed in reports.
How can I do this?

Most Reports and Diagrams allow Alternate Names to be included, often by default.
But in the Individual Summary Report and Family Group Sheet use Report > Options > Contents tab and under Main Items select Alternate Names and Edit to Show if not empty.
