Can "great (x2) great-aunt" be changed to "great (x3) aunt"?

In version 6.2.2, I am preparing a standard All Ancestors tree showing relationship to root.
I have been asked whether I can alter the formatting relating to great aunts and uncles.
The recipient of the tree would like, for example, "great (x2) great-aunt" to be shown as "great (x3) aunt" .
Is there an option to do that at project level (or any level)?
Thanks for your help.

BTW: I suggest you upgrade to the latest free download of FH V6.2.6
There is no standard option to make that change but you could customise the Diagram Text Scheme.
It will take a little effort as each case of great (xN) great-aunt/uncle must be handled separately.
e.g.
Use Diagram > Options > Text tab and Clone the Current Text Scheme.
Then use Edit and focus on the Relationship to File Root item.
This has the Template of =Relationship(FileRoot(),%INDI%,TEXT,1).
We need to create a series of items to test for variants of great (xN) great-aunt/uncle and substitute great (xN+1) aunt/uncle
The 1st item Template will be:
=TextIf(Relationship(FileRoot(),%INDI%,TEXT,1) = "great (x1) great-aunt","great (x2) aunt","")
The 2nd item Template will be:
=TextIf(Relationship(FileRoot(),%INDI%,TEXT,1) = "great (x1) great-uncle","great (x2) uncle","")
but must also tick Only output if previous item blank
The 3rd item Template will be:
=TextIf(Relationship(FileRoot(),%INDI%,TEXT,1) = "great (x2) great-aunt","great (x3) aunt","")
but must also tick Only output if previous item blank
The 4th item Template will be:
=TextIf(Relationship(FileRoot(),%INDI%,TEXT,1) = "great (x2) great-uncle","great (x3) uncle","")
but must also tick Only output if previous item blank
That pattern must be repeated until sufficient (xN) cases for aunt & uncle have been handled.
The last item Template will be:
=Relationship(FileRoot(),%INDI%,TEXT,1)
but must also tick Only output if previous item blank
It is quite easy to create each item by using the Clone Line button, and minor Edit of the Template.

Incidentally, the reason FH uses the slightly unusual format of “great(x2) great-aunt” instead of “great (x3) aunt” is to make it easier to see which people are in the same generation. In English we use the term “grandfather” instead of “great-father”. So a great (x2) grandfather is a "great (x3) father". A great (x2) great-aunt is the same generation as a great (x2) grandfather . If they have the same number in brackets they are the same generation.

Many thanks Mike & Lorna for your prompt advice and to Mike for the step by step solution. Also to Mike for pointing out the upgrade.
Best Regards,
Steph
