I have some media files that do not exist and have no links but they appear on the Media List
How do I get them off the list?

Re: Non-existent, unlinked media
The short answer is that you select them and hit the Delete key, but that may be the wrong advice
John, exactly what do you mean?
Or are you saying in 2. or 3. above that there is a large X against the Media?

- Are you looking at the Records Window on its Media tab and viewing the Media records?

What a dope. All that mousing around and all I had to do was hit DEL. Are there any more 'hidden' short cut keys?
Thanks again, Mike. You can take the rest of the day off.

All the 'hidden' short-cut keys are in the FH Help cunningly disguised under under Keyboard and Mouse Shortcuts.
The Delete key is a short-cut to the Edit > Delete command as explained in how_to:delete_a_large_number_of_records|> Delete Any Number of Records.
