The Everyone Diagram shows every Individual in your Project whether they are related or not.
However, the display is organised into family groups, and especially for large Projects can be quite difficult to navigate.
The All Relatives Diagram shows all blood relations & their spouses with respect to the selected Diagram Root Individual.
So depending on the complexity of your family you may get different Diagrams for each Diagram Root Individual chosen.
Note that the extended family members of the spouses of blood relations are not included.
For example you may have a small tree of potential relations not yet linked to your main family tree.
They would appear in the Everyone Diagram disjoint from the main tree.
They would NOT appear in the All Relatives Diagram for anyone chosen from the main tree (and vice versa).
BTW: I believe you have been using FH from at least Version 3 and Diagrams have not changed greatly since then.
I will try and update the glossary:standard_diagram_types|> Standard Diagram Types with more details.

Hello
Many thanks for your rapid reply.
I have a couple of 'Everyone' Diagrams, but I cannot see any difference to 'All Relatives' Charts, or see any unrelated individuals.
Will unrelated individuals appear if I don't have a Root selected? I would try this myself, but as we speak I am deep into a major sort out and amendment of a very large tree and I don't want to disturb anything right now.
BTW - I also have a strange problem in Layered charts where, having set the display to All Boxes in the same row to the same height, I get one or two boxes where the position is either above the row, or below, and no amount of alteration of size stops this happening; have you come across this before?
Cheers
Peter

For very
small simple Projects there may well be little difference between
Everyone and
All Relatives.
You cannot choose a
Diagram Root for
Everyone because everyone is included.
You must choose a
Diagram Root for
All Relatives otherwise it cannot determine the relations to include.

Everyone above and
All Relatives below look quite different for
Family Historian Sample Project.

Please post a screen-shot of your problem diagram.
BUT adjusting Box size has little or no impact on Box position.
To move Boxes you need to use the
Movement Control Box via
Diagram > Enable Moving/Resizing and checkout its
Help.
It takes a fair amount of practise to achieve whatever layout you are hoping for.
Then you must
Save Diagram as a
Chart to preserve that layout.
However, as soon as you add people or update data the layout may need rearranging again.
