Hi Forum

Is anyone else experiencing this problem that when I click return to hints the page cannot be found? See screen shot. Is this and FMP issue? Nothing has changed in FH right?

Yes, I get the same in both internal Web Search Window and an External Web Browser (Firefox).

The URL for the hints page is very different from the URL on the Back to hints button.

Use the browser Back button instead until FMP fix it.
OR in a browser:
Right-click the Review> button and choose Open Link in New Tab/Window so you can always get back to hints tab.

I have also found, both yesterday & today, that the "Accept" & "Reject" buttons are no longer appearing when reviewing hints, whether in the Internal Web Search Window or my external Web Browser (Edge). Is there a connection does anyone know?

Yes Sue, you are absolutely correct, and that is probably why the Back to hints button is not working.

The Review> button is opening the document transcription but there are no Accept or Reject buttons.

Real problems in Firefox on Mac too no CSS rendered and not displaying images of the records either on normal records not hints. They must have some serious issues at the moment. They were aware of the Hints not displaying at all on the Mac on occasions and were allegedly working on it some 6 weeks or so ago when I raised it with them.

Hope they get it sorted soon.

Just had a "Chat" with FMP support who say they are aware of the problems with Hints & have engineers looking into it. No estimate of a resolution unfortunately.

Both "Hint" problems now appear to be resolved.
