Place query beginner level

I haven't got a clue how to do this but queries or named lists are at the back of my mind!
I'm visiting a local church for a talk next week (St Eval) and I'd like to find some headstones whilst I'm there ... so I need a list of my relatives who have been buried there. The only way I seem to use a query is the Contains Text one but that won't work for this because if I put in St Eval I'll get a list of people who were also born, baptised, married or just lived in St Eval. I just need the ones in my tree who were actually buried there.
Sorry, but is there a simple way of doing this because I'm stumped, as usual!
