Additional Information
I have many pictures and txt information that I would like to file inside Family Historian for later use when I know that the information is correct and I can apply it to the right person.

Re: Additional Information
Welcome to the FHUG.
Yes, that is almost certainly possible.
If the picture is a photo then simply add it as a Media record. Later attach it to the Media tab of the Individual record.
If the picture is an image of a document and the text is a transcript of a document then create a Source record with the image on the Media tab and the text in the Text From Source field. Later cite that Source from the Facts that are derived from it.
Other general text can be put into a Note record. Later they can be transferred to where they belong.
BTW: Have you studied the how_to:key_features_for_newcomers|> Key Features for Newcomers and worked through the documentation, tutorials, and other topics?

Re: Additional Information
When I have information or images that I believe may be relevant to my research, or even images that I know are relevant but I wish to deal with later, I add them to the project "public" folder. This folder is associated with its own project and is saved with the project and is also included in the back-up process.

Re: Additional Information
All my images are kept separate from FH in folders under the persons name. e.g. I have a folder called Markham with sub folders for my name and my siblings. the relevant image is stored in the right folder. It is then copied into FH and media file (as described above)
