PDF output is not enabled - error message

I have upgraded to FH 6.2.4 and now I cannot generate a pdf file. When I go to save diagram as, then choose PDF file it now says
PDF file output is not enabled. Family Historian PDF has vanished from my list of printers.
Can anyone help?

I checked knowledge base and downloaded and installed

the printer is still not found

I installed it again and this time it has worked - thank goodness!
