* Internet Matches not showing

I am using FH6.2 and when the small green number appears next to an individual to let me know that, in this case, Find My Past has found a match that I need to confirm (or otherwise) I cannot open the Web Page.

I click on the green number and another window opens as usual and the URL is populated with what I assume is the appropriate information but that is all that happens. I am left looking at a blank page.

I have checked the KnowledgeBase but I am out of ideas having closed my project and restarted it AND also shutdown my laptop and restarted it to no avail.

Any ideas?

FH is now behaving again. Apologies for wasting anyones thinking time!

Normal service is resumed ...... and I didnt have to do anything. Thats what I call a result

There is advice in how_to:internet_data_matches|> Internet Data Matches but like any Internet service these 'hints' depend on FMP and is not always operational.
