There are a couple of options. One is on the All tab of the Property box select the Family As Spouse right click and select number of children and set to 0.

In addition to what Jane has said, you can also indicate that an individual has no children. On the Facts tab of their Property Box click the Add Fact button > More Fact Types and select Child Count then enter 0.

Both the family child count and the individual child count can be used to display a line below them in diagrams to indicate no children. Use Diagram Options>General tab, and tick No-offspring marker.
