Named List expression for Icon in Ancestor Diagram

I have a named list viz "ToDo" containing Individuals that I want to assign an icon to in an Ancestors diagram. I'm really struggling trying to construct an acceptable expression to enter into the Diagram -Options- Boxes- Add Condition- Expression - Expression: Please can anyone help me.

You need to remember that there are two types of component for an Expression, i.e. Data Refs and Functions.
In this case you need a Function:

=IsInList(%INDI%,"ToDo")
