Publishing notes

Post by d1anep » 30 Jan 2017 00:22

Can you tell me how to get the notes to appear when I publish a report?

I have written notes in an individual's Notes tab, but when I go to publish a report, say a Family Group Sheet, the notes don't appear.

In a Family Group Sheet those record Notes are listed after the Wife and Child details.

If they are not there then check the Report > Options > Contents tab.
Are the Optional Sections for the required Record Notes ticked?

Similar Options exist for other Reports.

Thanks for that. The "two pages" wasn't ticked, so I didn't realise there was a second page!! All the information was there.

Diane, there are several ways of viewing the multiple pages in a Report.

The current Page: number and Total: pages are show top right.
To the right of them the small left/right arrows move backward/forward through the pages.
The scroll-bar under those arrows, against the margin, will scroll through all pages.
