Printing
I am looking to print out my tree on a plotter with a continuous roll of paper. Please could anyone give me any idea of how to go about setting out my tree so it will print out okay. I am sure I had some way of doing this ages ago but just cant think how to do this. I have towards 1,000 people on my tree and dont know if it would be easier splitting sides, i.e. mums and dads, or just ancestors etc. Anyone know the easiest way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Printing
See how_to:creating_a_single_page_pdf_of_a_diagram|> Single Page PDF of a Diagram that has advice about setting print size. You will need to set the width to match your paper roll width, and the length to the maximum available and that includes all your tree.
The extent of splitting you will need depends on how wide your tree happens to be, and how much you display in each box, and how large you want the text to be.
See how_to:controlling_display_of_boxes_on_diagrams|> Controlling display of Boxes on Diagrams.
After creating a subset tree, save it as a Chart file so that sub-tree is easily retrieved again.
