Adding RecordId field to query

I may be having a senior moment but am wanting to add the Record Id field into a query but cannot find it in the list.

Yes, it is not a Data Reference, so you need to use the =RecordId() function.

A clue is in the Records Window in the Record Id column of any tab.
Right-click on the Record Id column and choose Columns to open the Configure Columns dialogue.
Select Record Id in the right-hand Column and click Edit to reveal the =RecordId() function.
