Thanks Mike I have reverted to your expression and looking good.
I will drop this thread now as I am itching to correct and input more data prior to expanding my research.
Many thanks again.

Regards Jonathan B. (no Dowsett as my great grandfather was registered at birth solely as a Brooks by his father Thomas Brooks Dowsett).

Thought I had posted a reply here. Reverted to your expression Mike and now added addresses and notes to baptism and birth events; perfect.

=ExistsText(%INDI.BAPM[1+]%,"Bap:") %INDI.BAPM[1+].DATE:COMPACT% in %INDI.BAPM[1+].PLAC%=CombineText(", address: ",%INDI.BAPM[1+].ADDR%,,)=CombineText(", note: ",%INDI.BAPM[1+].NOTE2%,,)

=ExistsText(%INDI.BIRT%,"Born:") %INDI.BIRT.DATE:COMPACT% in %INDI.BIRT.PLAC:TIDY%=CombineText(", address: ",%INDI.BIRT[1+].ADDR%,,)=CombineText(", note: ",%INDI.BIRT[1+].NOTE2%,,)

My comments on those expressions are:
1) Some use .PLAC and some use .PLAC:TIDY which is usually better.
2) Birth sometimes uses BIRT and sometimes BIRT[1+] which must not be mixed in one expression. They must all be one instance index or all be the looping index.

Thanks Mike,

I had missed this post although noticed some interesting "born" events on the chart. I removed the [1+] and all looks good.
