* Problem with Plugin editor and numeric keypad

Is there a reason why the plugin editor does not recognise the - and + keys on the numeric part of the keyboard?
It recognises the / & * keys, but not the - and + ones.

This post was written using these keys, and they can be seen by other programs like notepad, but for some reason they are not recognised within the plugin editor.

Could it be a bug that should be reported to Calico Pie?
