Export Diagram to USB

I want to export an all ancestor & decendents chart to a usb to take to a printers, a menu comes up to select which file I want but won't allow me to select anything? :? (using v 6.2)

With the Diagram (Chart) displayed, from the main FH Menubar, choose 'Diagram' > 'Save Diagram As...' and choose the file format etc. you want.

I suspect you were using the Save as Chart command that simply saves as an internal FH Chart file.

As Mervyn says, use the Save Diagram As command, and I suggest the best format will be PDF File (.pdf), but advise you ask your printer which format they would prefer.

BTW: I have moved this to General Usage Forum because it is not to do with exporting to another product, and have altered subject to match topic as Diagram not Gedcom is being saved.
