Adding RecordID to custom query

Post by squirrelsister » 22 May 2016 15:44

Hi

I'm trying to add the individual's record ID to the To Do List custom query that I've just downloaded (thanks). Adding =RecordID() doesn't work - presumably because this query is looking at facts rather than individuals. I've tried various options with % and () but can't get the magic combination!

Without the record ID, it is difficult to know which of the 15-odd Richard Colemans the list is referring to ...

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Many thanks

I have moved this to the FH General Usage Forum because it is nothing to do with the User Group Forum, which is to do with using this FHUG website.

The clue is the Owner column function =GetRecord(%FACT%) that identifies the Individual owner record.
It is this that needs to be used with the =RecordId() function.
e.g. =RecordId( GetRecord(%FACT%) )
