Pedigree diagram

Post by susiewb » 06 May 2016 04:07

Is there a way to construct a pedigree diagram with 4 siblings as the root? If not, is there a way to add 3 extra sibling boxes into a pedigree diagram based on just one person?
Thanks.

Presuming you mean a Ancestors diagram, just use an Ancestors & Descendants diagram and use the circles to manually close the children once the diagram is displayed.

Yes, select one of the Siblings as the Root, then use Ancestor and Descendant Diagram.

In the Diagram > Options > General tab set Generations Down to 1 in order to hide the descendants of the siblings.

Thank you Jane and Mike for your replies - I should have been able to work that out myself!
