Yes, customise the standard All Facts or All Events Query.

Do you need specific advice on how to do that?

Thank you for your help.

I have now able to run the query.

I cannot find a way of including the "Relationship to Root" in my query.

Advice on the would be very welcome.

Thanks
Colin

Use =Relationship(FileRoot(),GetRecord(%FACT%),TEXT,1)

Hi Jane

Thank you for your quick response.

I have included you function in my Fact Query but when I ran it, the result was a blank column.

Regards
Colin

This is Mike not Jane!
Are you sure you have defined the File Root person?
Try FactOwner(%FACT%,1,MALES_FIRST) instead of GetRecord(%FACT%)

Hi Mike

Thank you for help.

Having rechecked =Relationship(FileRoot(),GetRecord(%FACT%),TEXT,1) and found it provided the "Relationship to Root" in my query.

Thanks Again
Colin
