Records Window

I've clicked on something and the Records Window view has changed from alphabetical to record ID numerical. How can I get it back to alphabetical?

Just click on any column heading to sort on that column, or Alt click to reverse sort.

Yes, it is much like many programs that display lists, e.g. Windows Explorer.
Click on the column heading to sort by that column.
So for your case, click on the first Records Window column heading Individual Records to sort alphabetically by name.
