* How to view Accepted hints
How to view Accepted hints
I have just upgraded to the latest release of FH 6 and enabled Hint-matching with FindMyPast. However once I have accepted ALL hints for a person, I cannot view them again!
If I have some unaccepted hints still, then I can toggle between New/Accepted/Rejected, but if there are no 'New' hints I cannot find how to look again at my accepted hints

Choose <Internet> <Internet Data Matches> click on FindMyPast then click on <Settings> and change the filter to accepted , then click OK twice and your accepted matches should now be visible.

Thanks. Its a little clumsy though - it would have been nice to have got the Hints window to show from the Focus window even if there were 0 new hints! When shown from the Focus window it still brings up the 'New' view!

Re: How to view Accepted hints
I tried that suggestion and yes, it works I can now view the Accepted hints but, now have to go back to preferences and reset it to Rejected to see those and then back to preferences change it all to view New hints on the other members of the family.
Could we not have the icon to HINTS then select which group we wish to view or something along those lines.

Re: How to view Accepted hints
Perhaps I'm missing something here, but when I hit the little green circle in the Focus window, it opens the Hints window in my browser and if there are no New hints the message "You have no New Hints" is displayed, BUT to the left of that is the dropdown that allows me to select / display Accepted hints.

Re: How to view Accepted hints
Once I have accepted/rejected all the hints the little green circle disappears from the focus window and I can no longer filter the hints via the dropdown. Is there something I should activate to show the green circle when all hints have been processed?

Re: How to view Accepted hints
I made a copy of one of my GEDCOMs and created a new project so I could experiment with the Find My Past hints.
I viewed the hints for one of my people and then accepted them because they were records I had already examined and as far as I know, they belong to that person. Then I found myself in the same boat as described in the opening post, and came looking for this thread.
Here's my workaround.
We have to be logged into Find My Past in order to see the hints. I wondered if the activity of searching for a record and viewing a record would show up in Find My Past's "My Records" list. And Voila! All of the hints I had looked at were there, all with FindMyPast's check mark that shows I had looked at the transcription of those records. So if I wanted to retrieve the information about what hints I had accepted during my experiment, it would be easy to scrape the information from 'My Records' and revisit the records.
What I'd like to see -- and what might be helpful to people coming from other programs -- is to have the hints show up in a separate tab on the Property Box. A simple list with columns of "Website" "Title" and "status" (New / Accepted / Rejected / Unsure) would allow us to see at a glance which hints were completely new and which had been previously reviewed. I added a status of "unsure" because Find My Past has a "Maybe" setting if you've looked at a hint on Find My Past's native tree, which Ancestry promptly copied and added to their tree system.
Having this tab might make it easier to come from the Ancestry and Find My Past online trees. On Ancestry, you can select the hints tab at any time (if there are no hints, you'll get a message that there aren't any).
If this seems like a workable solution, I'd be happy to create a Wishlist request and/or submit a request to Calico Pie's support.

I agree with your suggestion and would like you to propose it to Calico Pie via the wishlist.
