Is it possible to display 2 property boxes at the same time in order to compare the data.

Not exactly, but here are some other ideas.

You can open two instances of FH and then show two different Property Boxes.

Alternatively, why not use the Edit > Merge/Compare Records?
Select the two records, and use that command to display all the details synchronised side by side.
