FH 5 crash on generating diagram

Hey all,
I'm going to be THAT guy and ask for help on the last version of the program.
I'm still running v5. 5.0.11 to be specific. Windows 10, whatever version Microsoft has pushed to me most recently.

Until today everything has been working smoothly. Family Historian is crashing with a "Family Historian has stopped working" message anytime I try and generate a diagram. Tried the easy fix of rebooting. Can't think of any big changes to the computer, or to my tree/configuration in the last 24-48 hours. Have tried from both the toolbar buttons, as well as the menu with the same results. Have tried running some queries, a report, nothing else seems to be having issues. Tried opening both a fresh (from GEDCOM import) project as well as opening the sample project and problem occurs universally...

Has this been seen before? If there's a known fix I'd obviously rather head straight there rather than wander around uninstalling and reinstalling at random.

Steve

It might be a printer driver problem. See this section in the Knowledge base how_to:family_historian_installation_problems#errorfamily_historian_stopped_working|> Family Historian Installation Problems > Error: Family Historian Stopped Working and scroll down to the section headed 'Error:Family Historian has stopped working', where this error is mentioned in connection with diagrams.

Fixed. Wish I'd found it while searching last night, thanks.

For additional info: Default printer was set to a different PDF generator (Foxit). I returned it to my physical printer and all is well.
