Thanks for all the advice.
Number three is not an option.... I often use more than one name in the report and need the flexibility of that option.
Number two is a possibility and I will need to try it.... but it is not ideal. The first solution sounds promising but it will be some t time before I am comfortable with FH enough to go that route. Inn the meantime, I will plug away learning it and trying to figure to the best ways to make everything work.
In the meantime, thank you again for taking all this time to help me figure out these "big" problems.
Best,
Helen

Re: Question on Facts imported from TMG
Helen, I have found some time to look at Change Any Fact Tag filtered by record selection, and it looks quite feasible, so hope to post a prototype version here in a few days.

See ATTACHMENTS Change Any Fact Tag Plugin Version 2.8.1 Date 25 Feb 2016.
This adds a Records: filter to each tab that defaults to including All records.
But click the Pick button and the Select Records dialogue allows any subset of records to be chosen.
This dialogue defaults to any record(s) selected in FH before running the Plugin so only OK need be clicked.
To operate repeatedly on the same records the dialogue allows a Named List to be chosen.

Re: Question on Facts imported from TMG
Hi Mike,
Thank you for doing this. When I tried to run the plug in, I received this warning message:
Script Header:
change %20Any%20Fact%20Tag
@Title differs from file name
If I clicked ok, it directed me to a web page the wouldn't open. If I went back to the plugin, which said it was running, I could not do anything at all.... was forced to use "force Quit" to close FH.
I did see where it allowed me to chose the record to change, but never got fat enough to try it.
Best,
Helen

Re: Question on Facts imported from TMG
Helen, it seems that your browser has upset the Plugin filename when it downloaded the file, and has replaced each space character with %20.
Check the Tools > Plugins window and I think you will see what I mean.
If necessary click the More>> button and then Rename the Plugin to change each %20 back to a space, and then it should be OK.
If that does not succeed then Delete it, and try downloading again, but keep an eye on the filename. Maybe use a different browser this time.
BTW: Would the red X top right not close the Plugin windows? The blank window was the Help and Advice page that should also have a red X to Close.
