With the various family diagrams, the second or third or more spouses are displayed for members of the specified family. So if my family is Pye, anybody born a Pye, has all their spouses displayed. However, if a "stranger" marries a Pye and then has subsequent marriages, those subsequent marriages are not displayed. How can you get those to display, as in my book, once you marry into the family you are family?
Regards
Andrew Pye

Re: Relations by Marriage
You are correct, Diagrams show direct blood related Ancestors &/or Descendants and their Spouses, but NOT the more distant Spouses of those Spouses.
So in your example Pye family, it won't just include people born a Pye, but also blood related people through marriage such as your maternal grandparents, or nephews/nieces through female relatives, whose surname will not be Pye. It will include all direct Spouses of those blood relations, but will stop there.
Calico Pie say that in general it is too complex to include absolutely all relatives through marriage in one tree diagram, although in simple cases to us humans it looks easy. There is Wish List Ref 501 Entire Pool Diagram that requests such an enhancement that you can vote for.
In the meantime, use Diagram > Insert into Diagram to insert a subtree and rearrange the boxes to fit it into the main tree. If you save it as a Family Historian Chart then the two trees will always appear, but may need further rearrangement as the branches grow.

Many thanks Mike for your guidance. I have tried a little play around with creating a mini tree and will see how well it fits with the main tree.
