The only other suggestion I have is to enable the hidden super-user Administrator account.
In the Start > Search box enter command prompt.
When it appears in the search results, right-click it and select Run as administrator.
Type or copy/paste the following command, which reveals and enables the Administrator account.
net user administrator /active:yes
Press Enter and then close the command Window by entering Exit command.
You should now find you can login as Administrator with no password.
Does that behave any better?
Can it create a new Administrator type account?

Re: Name Prefix & Suffix Labels Missing in V6
Thanks for all the replies. Not being that knowledgeable, or comfortable, with experimental changes to the OS, I think I will just ride this one out until I either buy a new computer, or, upgrade my existing computer to WIN10.
Even though the Prefix/Suffix labels do not appear in the Name box, I now know which unlabeled box applies to each label, so I can still enter Prefix/Suffix labels in my database and have them appear in my ISR reports.
