Internet Data Matches

Hi, I am using FH6 and the feature for Internet Data Matches is not working. Can anyone help please?

BTW: Have you looked at how_to:key_features_for_newcomers|> Key Features for Newcomers?
Have you changed any of the Tools > Preferences > Internet Data Matches options?
If so, what are the current settings?
Are those Tools > Preferences > Internet Data Matches options greyed out?
If so, then you probably have not created a Project but just using a GEDCOM file.

Does it work for the Family Historian Sample Project?
If you don't know what that is then see how_to:key_features_for_newcomers|> Key Features for Newcomers.
Do you have a MyHeritage subscription?
If none of the above have helped, please explain exactly what is not working.
