The new pc is now here but I'm unable to use the links that will allow me to download FH5 and the upgrade to FH6-how can I get these?

OK John, I refer you to the 4 steps back in thread pc renewal (13025).
Step 1. Ensure you have the installation media (download or CD) and licence details for FH V6.
If it is an Upgrade from FH V4 or V5 then ensure you have the licence details for that previous version too.
If you have not preserved that downloaded FH V6 .exe file and both the FH V6 licence details and FH V5 licence details, then you must follow the advice in how_to:family_historian_licence_problems|> Family Historian Licence Problems and trust that Calico Pie will help you out, otherwise you will have to purchase those again.

Assuming you have both the FH V6 and FH V5 licence Emails from Calico Pie then you have both sets of your Licence Name & Registration Key.

So you only need the Upgrade V5 to V6 download from Calico Pie.

When you have the download, see how_to:family_historian_installation_details#installation_archive|Installation Archive.
