Well spotted Bill.

[BTW: I've deleted the spurious posts about date formats.]

The Rows filter at fault was:

Exclude unless =NullDate(%FACT.DATE%) is true

and is now replaced with:

Exclude unless =IsTrue(Text(%FACT.DATE:LONG%) = "") is true

included in the revised ATTACHMENT... [now deleted as in FHUG Downloads]

I had forgotten that Query is in the FHUG Downloads, so I have today updated fhugdownloads:contents:query_all_empty_facts|> Query:Fact ~ All Empty Facts.
