Hi
After a slightly difficult time changing to Win 10, I decided that a complete new install was the best option.
I now need to reinstall FH. I have full programs for v3 and v4, plus downloaded upgrades for V4-v5 and v5-v6. with all the Reg. keys.
Am I right in thinking (after checking the knowledge base) that I need to install v4 then the two upgrades to end up with v6. Presumably then download any extra to v6

No, as the how_to:family_historian_installation_details|> Family Historian Installation Details flowchart indicates and text says:

Unlike previously, the Upgrade V4 to V5 and Upgrade V4/5 to V6 products do NOT need the preceding Versions to be installed. They only need the latest Upgrade Licence details, and the previous Full/Upgrade Licence details.

So in your case just install the downloaded Upgrade V5 to V6 and use the V6 Upgrade Licence details and the V5 Upgrade Licence details. Finally install the FH V6.0.4 free upgrade.

I hope you have taken backups of not only your Projects but also all your customisations and preferences by using the Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings Plugin.
