* Media icon in More tab in Property Box

Using Version 6, in the Property Box, Facts tab, some events, with media attached to the source, show the media icon under the More column, however some do not. Is there a setting I have missed for this, or is there a way to manually add the icon? It is quite useful to see the icons there.

Susie, could you please use the User Control Panel > Profile and update Family Historian to Version 6 so it appears in the panel on the right of your posting. Then you won't need to tell us which version you are using.

The More column Media icon only appears when one or more Media files are linked directly to the Fact via the Show Media icon in toolbar below, or the right-click Show Media option. It is nothing to do with Media linked to the Media tab of Source Citations.

On the Media tab click the cog Menu icon below, or click the Media camera icon on the top toolbar, then choose View Media Linked to <individual>... and check the desired tick options to display all the chosen Media in the Media Window.

Mike, thank you for your helpful explanations re both my queries. I think I now follow the different ways of adding Media and how to view it all. FH has so many options!
