e-mail Individual Summary

I would like to e-mail Individual Summaries to a relative. How can I save one to for instance downloads in Windows 8.1 so I can then e-mail it.

In the Report Window use Save Report As > PDF File lower right, and either let it be saved by default to the Project's Public folder, or use the Browse button to decide where to save it.

You could also use Save Report As > Word-Processor Document (RTF), but whoever you Email the Report to is more likely to have a PDF reader, even on a non-Windows device such as an Android tablet, iPad, or Apple Mac.
