Product Registration

Although I have registered my copy of FH, every time I start the program it pops up the window asking me to register the product! How do I stop this happening? :?

Hi Nick.

You appear to have upgraded to FH V6 months ago, surely the repeat registration requests have not be going on that long!?

I know it is not quite the same, but try the repeated licence request solution at how_to:family_historian_licence_problems|> Family Historian Licence Problems > Repeated Licence Details Request.
