Windows Defender

I am running FH6 on Windows 8.1. Several times I have noticed that Windows Defender wants to send some files to Microsoft analysts to determine whether these files are malicious. Upon further analysis, the only file ever selected is Fh.exe. I have never sent this file to Microsoft but wondered if anyone had had a similar warning notice or knew why this was happening.

It happens from time to time that fh.exe is considered to be a "false positive threat" by various anti-virus products, probably because it has Internet access features and is a relatively rare software product.

If the Windows Defender action is annoying then add FH to its allowed list as explained here:

Alternatively, in Windows Defender, on the Settings tab, use Excluded files and locations.
