Add family ID to Focus Window

I found where to turn on record ids for individuals, is there a way to have the family id show on focus window without having to click on the marriage first?

The short answer is "No".
However, a partial solution is to modify the Caption on the Individual Property Box.
If via Tools > Preferences > Property Box > Captions... > Individual: you append [=RecordId(%INDI.FAMS>%)] then the 1st Family Record Id is shown, and if you also append [=RecordId(%INDI.FAMS[2]>%)] then the 2nd Family Record Id is also shown.
