It has recently been in the news that release date Windows 10 is this summer. it's a free upgrade for anymore running Windows 7 and higher. I would assume that since Family Historian runs well in a Windows 8 environment, it would also run in a Windows 10 environment. Has anyone heard of any confirmation about this? Also, this is a side question, but is there any talk about a Mac version of Family Historian? I'm moving my data to a Mac environment. I'm aware of Bootcamp and VMware Fusion as an option, but I was just curious.

Did you not see the posting FH V6 and Windows 10 (12446) dated Mar 15/18, 2015?

Regarding Mac, see how_to:family_historian_on_imac_ipad_android_etc|> Family Historian on Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, etc especially under Crossover and Wine that do NOT need a Windows licence.
