Names not in alphabectial order

Post by puzzledlesley » 19 Mar 2015 15:50

Version 6.0 Can you help please?

I have just realised that my names are not in alphabetical order. Most of them are correct but at the bottom there are another two aphabectical list.

Is there a way to 'force' the list to 'sort'? Many thanks for any help. Puzzledlesley

If you mean on the Records Window, try clicking on the column heading for the Name column.

and if you hold down the Alt key while you click on the column heading it will sort in reverse order.

The same applies to all columns.
