Version 6.0 Can you help please?
I have just realised that my names are not in alphabetical order. Most of them are correct but at the bottom there are another two aphabectical list.
Is there a way to 'force' the list to 'sort'? Many thanks for any help. Puzzledlesley

Re: Names not in alphabectial order
If you mean on the Records Window, try clicking on the column heading for the Name column.

Re: Names not in alphabectial order
and if you hold down the Alt key while you click on the column heading it will sort in reverse order.
The same applies to all columns.

And if you click two column heading you can sort on both. eg names alphbetically then by date of birth.
