Could someone please help me.
I am using Version 6 of FH. Operating system Windows 8.1
When using the Diagrams screen and adding text with the 'Add Text box' button, I would like to know how to save the settings of the Format Box (ie Text, Font type, font style, font size, font colour, alignment of text, text box fill colour etc) as defaults, instead of having to set them each time for each text box.
* Saving settings of the Format Box

Re: Saving settings of the Format Box
The way to do it is to create a Custom Diagram Type of Text Box templates, etc.
Start with View > Standard Diagram Types > Blank Diagram and create samples of the styles of Text Box and any other elements you might need. They can always be revised and added to later.
Theh use Diagram > Save Diagram As > Custom Diagram Type and name it say Templates.
Now whenever you want a Text Box template, open both your Template Custom Diagram and the current Diagram in two FH Diagram Windows, then Copy & Paste from one to the other.
[Jane, I think Diagram > Options > Text tab only deals with Individual Text Scheme Boxes not the inserted Text Box Format.]
