I've got new information that says I have placed two children with the wrong set of parents. In TMG I would break the parent child link and in this case add in the new parents and create new links.
How do I break the old link in FH6?
Thank you
Jeanette

In V5 you can right click on the child and select "unlink".

There may be other methods, but I would start with the Focus window for the current parents, showing the children below them, and with the Property Box docked at the right.
Then right-click on one of the children and click on Unlink Record; then click on the blue up-arrow at the top of the Property Box and add the correct parent, using whichever option is appropriate.

Just to complete the picture have a look at the topics under how_to:index#beginners_guide|> Family Historian > Beginners Guide for Relationships.
