Just installing V5 that was purchased several months ago on my laptop and the registration is asking for my 'User Name' and Key for V4. How do I find my User Name, I have the key and there is a statement that says 'If a user name was not supplied with the Key then leave the field blank' This does not work. I don't remember being asked for my user name when I updated my desktop computer several months ago.
Regards John

You are normally only prompted for the second licence if you are installing a V5 upgrade on a computer which did not have version 4 installed.
If you purchased a Box or CD for V4 there will not be a name if you purchased a download upgrade there will be.

I purchased a V4 boxed set that was installed on desktop and laptop PC's. I purchased the V5 upgrade CD.
I have just got V5 running.
I exited the setup screen, it stated that if I exit the programme would not run and I would have to run setup later.
having exited I saw a V5 icon on the desktop so clicked on it and it ran, under 'About FH' it confirmed that it was V5.09, so I just need to run the 5.11 update file which I have done and all is well.
I don't know why it installed without the key, perhaps Calico Pie realised that I am an honest feller!!
Thanks for the help.
Have a good Christmas and New Year
John
