Problems with getting V6 trial version running

I am trying to get V6 trial version running whilst I awaiting my V6 registration key from Calico, (I purchased the full version of FH in late October so the upgrade should be free according to the web site!!)

I have download and installed V6, (twice), but each time I go to run it I get "Your current store key for FH will not work with this version of the program. etc etc". This is what I would expect and I click "NO" to begin the trial. When I click "NO" it takes me to a page that says "To use FH you must enter a license name and registration key. etc etc". The only options here are OK and CANCEL. Clicking OK takes me to the screen asking for the registration key, which I haven't got and clicking CANCEL does what you would expect, ie cancels running the program.

I thought it might be because I had V6 beta installed so uninstalled everything and tried again with the same result.

I have contacted Calico support on the 9th but they have gone into radio silence.

Any ideas?

It's probably since you had a trial of a previous version. Did you check your Spam folder for Calico messages, they are normally quite quick on replying to messages.
