I'm trying out FH on a new ASUS Zenbook with a 1920 x 1080 display. The toolbar beneath the menu bar is displayd in a smaller font whereas on a desktop, they're both the same size. Then, on the properties dialog box, the toolbox across the centre is cropped at the bottom. I've tried a few changes to display properties, but none seem to have any effect. I'm running Winndows 8.1 with Intel HD Graphics, and there seem to be fewer elements that can be changed than with Windows 7. Any ideas how to fix?

Re: Display oddities
Unfortunately it's not possible to enlarge the tool bar on Version 5 and the built in Windows zoom does not adjust the icon bars.
It should be usable, but you need to be very accurate with the mouse. All items on the main tool bar are also on the menu so you might find that easier. I assume the Property box bar is working even though it's cropped.

Re: Display oddities
Have you tried:
Right-click on desktop
Choose Screen Resolution
Click 'Make text and other items larger or smaller'. You can change the size of all items using the slider or individually select font sizes used in menus, etc.

Thanks Jane, Nick
Every thing is usable, and as you say Jane, you just have to be a bit more accurate with the mouse. It just seems a bit odd that the 1080 resolution is the one that causes problems. My main pc which is 1920 x 1200 dual monitor doesn't have the same issues, and a smaller laptop also works fine. Windows 8 doesn't seem to allow access to the same number of display settings that Windows 7 does (Windows Color and Appearance dialog). Making the fonts larger or smaller doesn't appear to work on the toolbar, and choosing a resolution other than the native default is even worse

Re: Display oddities
I suspect the laptop is classed as a Retina display and Windows 8 is "helping" you get more from it. I have similar problems with Photoshop on my Dell XPS 13 laptop.
