How do I get the Record ID's to appear in Diagram's?

You need to use one of the FH Functions in a Template in your Text Scheme.
e.g.
[=RecordId()]
will add the Record Id within square brackets.
You could Edit it into the Primary Name Template or use the existing Record Id from the Available Items list.

Thanks Mike. Spent half an hour searching this morning. Will have to book an appointment with the optician.
