* How to change main photograph

Sorry if this has been asked before. I've been through the book and done searches but am unable to find an answer to my query.

I have several photographs attached to each person in my project. I wish to swap from the one which shows up in displayed trees/ documents etc. to another. I appreciate it is probably really easy but I cannot figure out how.

Your help and advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

OK found it. You give the photo you want a higher preference. Got there in the end.

Alternatively, you can tick the Exclude From Diagrams box for any higher preference photo.

So the rule is that Diagrams display the highest preference Multimedia tab image that does NOT have Exclude From Diagrams ticked.
