Very good publishing reports but a few of mine give sources as Ibid.
What does this mean? Have I done something wrong when creating the source text?

It means "ditto" / "see above" - sort of. See Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibid. and especially note the variations about whether or not pages are shown. That's why I say "sort of ditto"

If you would like Family Historian to not combine the citations you can change the settings on the Sources Tab of the Report options.
