Hi
I have read the Knowledge base and tried to reinstall FH after a Windows reinstall, due to major computer problems.
The instructions seem to say install V4, for which I have the CD and Reg code, then install V4-V5 upgrade, which I bought and also have the code.
The problem is the downloaded upgrade went west when the computer died. Does this mean buying the upgrade again as I can't find where to download it again without paying. I understand that the latest V5 trial version will not accept the upgrade reg. key. So any help gratefully received.
Regards
Ray

Re: Reinstalling FH
Just send an email to support at Family Historian and they normally send a new link to the download, if you have changed email address since you purchased remember to tell them your old email address as well.
I am not sure if you had trouble understanding the flow chart, but as you have the V4-V5 upgrade you don't need to install V4 at all, but you do need to enter the licence when installing so you go down the path marked with the red arrow below.
