Trying to keep the print as simple as possible -is there a simple set up for just printing in black and white - and if so is there a way of putting trimming marks on the paper so as to make accurate aligning of the various parts - I realize a light background would do this but is there another way?
I did think of having it printed on a long roll as offered by a US company but that was going to prove rather expensive -so it's back to the "jis-saw" method.

For black and white, just go to page setup and select print boxes etc in Black and White, or just set your printer driver to print in Greyscale.

You can't do crop marks, but I have never had a problem with alignment as the most pages have lines which cross over.

Don't forget if your tree is not too big, you can create a large page PDF which any office supplies/print shop can print.

Thanks for that swift reply - print in grey-scale - of course how obvious now you tell me! Yes I agree normally there would be enough lines to mark the edge - I've a sparse family! Once again thanks - problem solved.
