Apologies if this is obvious/ already covered somewhere.
Is there an easy way of creating a new fact type based on an existing one? For example, to make a new version of a fact type with perhaps just a few differences, rather than creating it from scratch, the equivalent of a 'duplicate' or save as...' function.
Thanks
Anthony

Re: Create new fact type from existing one.
There is no built-in feature that will do that.
However, there are not many options in the Fact Properties so creating a New one based on an existing one is not to onerous.
It would be possible to write a Plugin to do the job, but that would be more complex than using New.
If you are reasonably computer literate, you could use File > Import/Export > Export > Fact Set.
Then use a plain text editor such as Notepad to duplicate and edit the particular Fact Properties.
This can be installed using File > Import/Export > Import > Fact Set.
However, you need to be able to understand the format of the exported file.
